Research and discovery phase

Understanding your team’s needs through 1-1 interviews. Summary of your key challenges, blockers and current successes. Getting to know your people.

Analysis and planning phase

Documentation of key themes and areas of focus, detailing your main challenges. Shared agreement on the problems you want to fix and the resources and time to be dedicated to the work. A full action plan to be jointly delivered by me and your team. 

Delivery phase

Prioritised action plan delivered in an agile and efficient way alongside your team’s business as usual work. A continuation plan for your team to implement post-consultation. Ongoing consultation advice as required.
